Reference to your mail dated December 03 2019 drawing our attention to the discrepancy observed in the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2019 under Regulation 33(3)(b) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 uploaded by us on November 13 2019. Accordingly we enclose the Cash Flow Statement in PDF along with the Statement in prescribed format (Annexure -1) containing Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2019 and also Report dated November 13 2019 of M/s Borkar & Muzumdar Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company on Limited Review of Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2019.
These results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 13.11.2019.
