With reference to the earlier letter dated April 10, 2018, Firstsource Solutions Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled on May 07, 2018 inter alia, may consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
