CRISIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 17, 2015, inter alia, has recommended an interim dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each, for the financial year ending December 31, 2015. The Dividend will be paid on August 07, 2015.
