We wish to inform you that pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company and in accordance with Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 (SEBI ICDR Regulations) and Sections 62 and 42 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the rules made thereunder the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. June 18 2026 at the registered office of the Company has approved the conversion of 28 00 000 (Twenty Eight Lakhs) Convertible Warrants into 28 00 000 (Twenty Eight Lakhs) Equity Shares of the Company.Each warrant has been converted into one equity share of face value ?10/- each at a conversion price of ?15/- per equity share upon receipt of the full subscription amount as prescribed under Regulation 169 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations. The equity shares have been allotted to the Promoter of the Company.
