The Company has informed the Exchange regarding the approval and recommendation of the Board for declaration of Dividend @ 45% i.e. Rs. 0.90/- per Equity Share on the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31 2021 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM) at its meeting held on May 29 2021.
The Dividend if approved / declared by the Shareholders at 32nd AGM will be paid on and from the second day from the date of AGM.
