1. Consider and approve the Un- audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.
2. To consider the Resignation of M/s OM Harendra & Co., Statutory Auditor of the Company.
3. To consider appointment of Auditor due to the vacancy caused by the Resignation of M/s OM Harendra & Co., Chartered Accountant.
