Mr. Balesh Sharma has stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect due to personal reasons. The Board has based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the appointment of Mr. Ravinder Takkar a Non - executive Director as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of three years effective from August 19 2019.
