Crest Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 27 2020 inter alia to transact the following businesses:
1. To consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2020 as per the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) including recast audited Ind-AS compliant financial results for the corresponding quarter and year ended March 31 2019; and
2. To consider recommendation of dividend if any on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31 2020.
Further in accordance with the Company?s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Company has intimated its ?designated persons? regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company?s equity shares from April 01 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
