Unity Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that:
1. The CDR EG has approved Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) Scheme of the Company at its meeting held on December 16, 2014 and communication in that regard was made available to the Company on December 26, 2014 by CDR Cell.
2. Pursuant to the Board Resolution dated March 23, 2014, the Executive Committee of the Board accepted the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) Scheme and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the said Scheme Master Restructuring Agreement dated December 30, 2014 executed by the Company with the CDR Lenders.
