This is to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, 1,53,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company have been allotted @ Rs.300/- per equity share upon exercise of options by allottees to whom options were granted on 25th April, 2017 under Ipca Laboratories Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOS).
The equity shares now allotted would rank pari-passu in all respect with the existing paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company is now increased to Rs.25,27,04,218/- divided into 12,63,52,109 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
Enclosed are the details in relevant formats required to be filed with the Stock Exchanges under relevant SEBI Regulations for this allotment of equity shares under ESOS.
