Nitin Spinners Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduted to be held on February 03 2022 inter-alia to consider following :
1. Unaudited Financal Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2021.
2. Declaration of Interim Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company.
Further in pursuant to Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to be closed for all Directors Designated Persons connected persons and their immediate relatives till February 05 2022 i.e. 48 hours from the Financial Results made public.
