We wish to state that we have vide our letter dated August 13 2021 given all updates about the Company including capacity addition plan at Jaipur Plant Rajasthan. This apart there has been no specific event which required disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
Therefore the movement in price of the security of our Company is purely market driven and may be owing to the general uptick/ongoing bull run in the share market.
