Chartered Logistics: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Board Meeting of the Board of Directors of M/S Chartered Logistics Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 29th May 2019 at 5:00 pm at Registered Office of the company to discuss and approve inter-alia to consider & approve the Audited Financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2019 along with Limited Review Report.

Further pursuant to the provisions of the Companys Policy on Insider Trading formulated to regulate and report trading by insiders read with SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations 2015 as amended and in continuation to our notice dated 4th April 2019 made to Stock exchange it is further hereby reiterated that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors/Designated employees/connected person of the company from 5th April 2019 till 48 hours after announcement of Audited financial results of the company.
