This is in continuation with our letter No. UIL/BSE-NSE/LR/30/2018-19/1306 dated 15th June, 2018 forwarding there with letter of Resolution Professional being an intimation of filing an application for liquidation Order before the Honble NCLT, Mumbai Bench.
In this regard, Mr. Alok Sakesna, Resolution Professional in the matter of Unity Infraprojects Limited has instructed me to inform you as under:
1. The Company, Unity Infrapojects Limited was under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ( CIRP) under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 vide NCLT, Mumbai Bench Order dated June 20, 2017 declaring moratorium period upto 16.12.2017 ( 180 days ) and it was further extended upto March 16,2018.
2. The Resolution Professional had made an application before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal ( NCLT), Mumbai Bench, for obtaining Liquidation Order, the matter heard on 28th August, 2018 and reserved for Order.
3. The Company, Unity Infrapojects Limited, would not be able to publish un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2018 pursuant to regulation 33(3)(a) of Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
