The Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met today and allotted 12,450 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10/- each in terms of the IDFC ESOS- 2016 (ESOS Scheme). Further, the ESOS scheme is in compliance with the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014. The total money realized by exercise of the aforesaid options is Rs. 540,330. Post allotment as above, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 1,595,954,020 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 15,959,540,200/-
