The 22nd AGM of the member of KMF Builders and Developers Limited was held on Wednesday, 20th September 2017, at 11:00 AM at the 508 Golf Manor NAL Wind Tunnel Road Murgeshpalya Bangalore 560017
The following items of business, as per the notice of AGM dated 14th August, 2017were transacted at the meeting.
1. Adoption the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2017
2. To appoint a director in place of Mrs. Kavita Chadha, who retires by rotation and being eligible offers herself for re-appointment.
