This has reference to our letter dated January 22, 2016 notifying the Trading Plan provided by Ms. Neeta S. Revankar, Whole Time Director & CFO of the Company. Pursuant thereto she has sold 500 equity shares during the period August 1, 2017 to August 4, 2017.
We are sending herewith Form C under Regulation 7(2) read with Regulation 6(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 in respect of the disclosures by Ms. Neeta S. Revankar and the Company.
Ms. Neeta S. Revankar was on leave during the period May 31, 2017 to August 17, 2017 and made the disclosure on resuming office today.
