In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby notify that the Operations and Administrative Committee of the Company on 24th September 2026 has allotted 12 168 fully paid up equity shares of INR 2 each pursuant to exercise of employee stock options/ stock appreciation rights under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013-A and Cipla Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2021 of the Company.
