EIH: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations 2015

In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations 2015 and Clause 6 of the Companys Policy on determination of materiality of events
with respect to its subsidiaries events and information which are material to the Company and in
furtherance to the disclosure filed with the Stock Exchanges on 28th March 2019 about the partial
closure of the Hotel The Oberoi Amarvilas owned by the Companys subsidiary Mumtaz Hotels
Ltd from 11th April 2019 till 30th September 2019 for renovation of 53 rooms.
At the Board Meeting of the Company held on 5th November 2019 the Board was informed that
the renovation of 53 rooms of The Oberoi Amarvilas have been completed and the rooms have
been put into operation.
