Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31 2022 and2. Payment of Fourth Interim Dividend if any for the financial year 2021-22. Please note that the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders for the aforesaid interim dividend if declared is fixed as Friday June 3 2022.
