This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated 25.07.2018.
In terms of Regulation 29 read with Circular dated 09.09.2015 of the SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Obligations) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that Board, in its Meeting held on Saturday, 28th July 2018, has considered and approved the issue of secured/ unsecured, redeemable, taxable/ tax-free, cumulative/ non-cumulative, non-convertible debentures (Bonds/NCDs) upto ? 12,000 crore during the period commencing from the date of passing of Special Resolution in the ensuing Annual General Meeting till completion of one year thereof or the date of next Annual General Meeting in the financial year 2019-20 whichever is earlier.
The Meeting commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 2:00 P.M.
