BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22 2020 to consider inter-alia the following:

1. To consider and approve the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31 2020.

2. Recommendation of dividend if any on the equity shares of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 76th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
