Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we inform you that Notice as well as the Annual Report for the financial year 2022-23 for convening the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 28.09.2023 at 12:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means(VC/OAVM) has already been sent through email to all those shareholders of the Company whose e-mail ids were available with the RTA of the Company on August 10 2023.
