Ramco Systems: Closure of Trading Window

Sub: Board Meeting & Trading Window Closure Intimation
We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday the August 08 2020 at Chennai to consider and approve amongst others the Unaudited Financial Results (both standalone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30 2020.
In view of the above as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of the Company the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the designated persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the said code) shall remain closed with effect from the end of June 30 2020 to the end of August 10 2020.
