Company at its meeting held today i.e. 10th May 2022 inter alia considered and approved the
Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Auditors Reports
issued by M/s. B S R & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors for the quarter
and year ended 31st March 2022 which have been duly reviewed and recommended by the
Audit Committee
