In continuation of our letter dated May 18 2022 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has recommended a Dividend @ 20% being Rs. 0.40 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31 2022 subject to the approval of members in 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM).The dividend if approved by the members at the AGM will be paid/ dispatched after the AGM and within 30 days of its declaration subject to there being no lockdownrestrictions.The 64th AGM will be held on August 9 2022.
