Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose herewith the Voting Results of the Postal ballot alongwith the Scrutinizers Report dated 12th April 2021.

We would further like to inform you that the Special Resolution was passed by the shareholders with the requisite majority and deemed to have been passed on 10th April 2021.
