Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Change in category of shareholders in the Post-Closing shareholding pattern as on 15th May, 2017 Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) and Regulation 31 (1) (c) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Regulations'), and the respective disclosures made on May 15, 2017, kindly note that due to a clerical error, the allottees that to be included in the category of Foreign Portfolio Investors were incorrectly included in the category of Foreign Corporate Bodies. We regret the error in the shareholding pattern and the inconvenience caused to the exchanges in this regard. We request you to kindly disregard the post-closing shareholding pattern disclosed on May 15, 2017 and consider the enclosed revised post-closing shareholding pattern.
