Skyline Millars Ltd has informed BSE that the Audit Committee and Board Meeting held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, for the approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 is adjourned and will be held on May 30, 2016.
Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company by the promoters, Directors and Designated employees of the Company and all the persons covered under the code will continue to remain closed from May 10, 2016 until forty-eight hours after the announcement of the results for the fourth quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016 i.e. June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
The Board meeting commenced at 1.30 p.m. and concluded at 6.00 p.m.
