This is to inform you that the Sub-Committee of the Company has, at its meeting held on 20th July, 2018, approved the purchase of 5,00,000 10% Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Preference Shares (NCNCPS) of Rs. 100/- each by the Company from Weizmann International Limited (WIL), upon terms and conditions agreed between the Company and WIL.
