This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday 13th August 2020 to inter alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended 3Qth June 2020 for the financial year 2020-21.
Further in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the
trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday 30th June 2020 to Saturday 15th August 2020 (both days inclusive). The
designated persons of the Company have been informed of the same.
