The Company hereby declares that the Auditors have expressed an unmodified opinion in the Audit Reports on Standalone Financial Results for the year ended 31" March 2026.The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 7:30 p.m. and concluded at 9:00 pm.Kindly take the same on record.
