In continuation of our letter dated January 21 2020 and January 22 2020 this is to further inform you that pursuant to order no. Legal-10/01/2020 dated 03/02/2020 (copy enclosed) issued by the Central Government in compliance of order dated 20/01/2020 passed by the Honble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 10856/2016 Shri Prabhakar Singh is appointed as nominee director of the Central Government on the Board of Directors of Unitech Limited with immediate effect.
