Ashoka Refineries: Board Meeting Intimation for INTIMATION OF THE 2Nd/26-27 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ashoka Refineries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we inform you that the 2nd/26-27 Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the F. Y. 2026-27 is scheduled to be held on Thursday the 13th day of August 2026 to consider approve and take on record the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the company for the First quarter ended on 30th June 2026. In this connection and in continuation of our intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window for the Insiders of the Company vide letter dated June 26 2026 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for the Insiders of the Company from Wednesday 1st July 2026 till the end of 48 hours after conclusion of the above said Board Meeting.
