We inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on 19th May 2021 which commenced at 2.15 p.m. and concluded at 4.55 p.m. recommended dividend of Rs. 6.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (60%) for the financial year 2020-21. The dividend if declared by the shareholders at the Twenty Second Annual General Meeting shall be paid on or after 30th August 2021 but on or before 23rd September 2021.
