With regard to the captioned matter and in compliance with the LODR, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on 12th December, 2017 have unanimously resolved on the following agenda items :
1. Adopted and approved Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 along with Limited Review Report of the Auditors (copies enclosed herewith).
2. Accepted resignation of Shri. Vishnu P. Kamath as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of todays Board Meeting ie. 12th December, 2017. Shri. Vishnu P. Kamath has resigned due to his advancing age.
3. Accepted resignation of Shri. Vinesh N. Davda as Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of todays Board Meeting ie. 12th December, 2017. Shri. Vinesh N. Davda has resigned due to his business commitments.
4. The Board of Directors have resolved to reconstitute the various committees
