Retirement of M/s. Purushottam Khandelwal & Co. a Firm of Practicing Chartered Accountants (FRN: 123825W) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company due to expiry of tenure.3. The appointment of M/s. A H Mandaliya & Associates Chartered Accountants (FRN 146705W) as a Statutory Auditor for a period of Five (5) Years in place of retiring Statutory Auditor.
