In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company:
(a) Shri.S.Piramanayagam Director (Finance) & CFO has ceased to be Director (Finance) & CFO of the Company upon his superannuation on 30th June 2020.
(b) Based on Ministry of Defence Government of India Letter No.DDP-M0001(11)/03/2019-D(BDL) dated 20th March 2020 Shri.Srinivasulu Nuka has assumed the charge of Director (Finance) & CFO of the Company with effect from 01 July 2020.
