The Board of Directors at their meeting held on Tuesday 1st September 2026 appointed Mr. Mahendra Singh Rajawat as an Additional Director (Executive) of the Company with effect from close of business hours of 1st September 2026.Futher it was proposed that Mr. Mahendra Singh Rajawat be appointed as a Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from close of buinsess hours of 1st September 2026 and subject to the approval of members at its 41st Annual General Meeting.
