DCB Bank: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

We wish to inform you that the Bank has issued and allotted 6 16 360 equity shares of ?10/- each today i.e. on August 22 2025 to the employees of the Bank pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 314 539 173 equity shares of ?10/- each to 315 155 533 equity shares of ?10/- each.
