In terms of regulation 44 of the SEBI [Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are hereby submitting the result of poll at 8th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday the 27 December 2019 as well as result as of the remote e-voting.
