This is to inform you that the Company has received vide order No. IA/15(MP)2022&IA/46(MP)2022 from Honorable NCLT Indore Bench-MP under section 30 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 whereby the resolution plan of Mr. Sanjay Chopra for Corporate Debtor i.e. M/s Divya Jyoti Industries Ltd stands allowed as per Section 30(6) of the IBC 2016.
