Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule-III of the Listing Regulations 2015 the Company has awarded a contract of Rs. 270.82/- Crores out of which valus of Capex is Rs. 260.17 Crores and value of Operation & Maintenance work is Rs. 10.65 Crores as per the letter dated 05.10.2023 which was received to the Company on 09.10.2023.
