Maruti Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following business:
- To consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2014.
In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed from February 03, 2015 to February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive). Hence all designated employees (including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
