TRF LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/05/2021 inter alia to consider and approve This has reference to our letter dated May 18 2021 informing that a meeting of the Board of Directors of TRF Limited (the Company) to be held on Tuesday May 25 2021 inter
alia to consider and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2021 has been
rescheduled and the said meeting will now be held on Monday May 31 2021.
This intimation is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations
2015 as amended from time to time.
Further in accordance with the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities was closed from March 25 2021 and will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
