Mukesh Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, to consider & approve unaudited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designed employees of the Company from February 05, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
