Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2016 has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each (25%).
The dividend will be disbursed on and from November 09, 2016.
