1. Consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30 2021.

Further as informed vide letter dated June 30 2021 the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company by Designated Persons was closed from July 1
