Capital First: Updates

This is with reference to Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 submitted by us vide our letter no. CFL/LS/094/2017-18 dated May 10, 2017. After submission of aforesaid results we had received an email query from BSE Limited dated May 17, 2017 requiring us to resubmit the said financial results as per the revised format prescribed by SEBI circular. In this regard we would like to submit that as per our understanding the said SEBI circular dated July 05, 2016 prescribing revised format was applicable only for Companies to whom Ind-AS was applicable. Since, Ind-AS is currently not applicable to us being a Non-Banking Financial Company, we had submitted our results in the erstwhile format. Since, BSE vide its aforesaid email has clarified that the revised format of financial results are applicable to us, we are again submitting the said Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 in the revised format in accordance with the Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013 as per the requirements of the SEBI Circular dated July 05, 2016. We would like to submit that there has been no change in financial figures in the financial results for quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 as compared to the results which were submitted by us earlier. Further, in our letter No. CFL/LS/094/2017-18 dated May 10, 2017 with respect to Outcome of the Board Meeting held on May 10, 2017 as per the requirements of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we have already provided declaration with respect to Unmodified Auditors Opinion on the said Financial Results which we are reproducing again as below for ease of reference: M/s. S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued unmodified opinion with respect to the Audited Financials Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017.
