This is with reference to on-going merger of Companys Wholly Owned Subsidiary- EPACK Components Private Limited into the Company as per Scheme of Amalgamation under Section 230-232 of the Companies Act 2013 ( details of which formed part of the Prospectus dated January 24 2024). We wish to inform that the Scheme has been approved by NCLT- Allahabad Bench and the order is enclosed with the Announcement.
